In their words.
Leslie Ann has been my coach for over 6 months and going. LA was recommended to me as someone who could help me maximize my motivation, confidence, development, and performance in my new start up venture. She has an extraordinary breadth of expertise in a variety of areas, particularly helpful to me are her insights in business, people management, and general problem solving. She has guided and empowered me during the new entrepreneurial phase of my life and has also been able to help me achieve balance in the work, life, and family spheres. LA has the superpower to help me to see the common threads between various events and identify underlying issues that are continuously getting in my way. My favourite thing about LA is that we work together to create action plans to overcome obstacles and achieve my goals. Every call with LA has been instrumental in building the momentum of my professional and personal journey. Lastly, LA has a wonderful sense of humor and disposition, which always makes our sessions fun, in addition to productive. I highly recommend LA to anyone who is wanting to make a meaningful change in their career and/or lifestyle.

Leslie Ann has worked with us on multiple sponsorship, partnerships and government relations projects. She’s smart, hard working and brings success. Probably my favourite was the sponsorship program she brought for us on the musical Cats — “backstage catering by Purina Cat Chow!”

Her personalized approach and ability to help me draw out my own considerations and values was empowering. I would absolutely recommend working with Leslie Ann through any important time in one’s life.

I wholeheartedly recommend coaching with Leslie Ann. My coaching experience has played an extremely positive role in my life and in advancing both lifelong goals and also day-to-day ones. I found the time very well spent. Leslie Ann has been excellent at gently guiding coaching sessions, so I leave each session with a next step or next steps. The coaching has allowed me to explore an issue or problem and then be mindful of what is at the root, work out a new way of seeing it, and, in many instances, a concrete personal step to move forward. I also like that the next steps are ones that I come up with, and so are steps that I am ready for. I have recommended Leslie Ann to a good friend and she has also told me that it is very valuable for her.

Leslie Ann is a premier performance coach. She has an unusual ability to listen, stimulate ideation and help organize thoughts and intentions. She has a knack for cutting through the noise and refocusing the mind on key thoughts and connections. Leslie Ann demands accountability and helps with putting in place measurable “bite size” goals. She is results oriented but also works flexibly around the time demands of her clients. All of this is done with a terrific sense of humour and patience. I have come away from every session inspired and with a dynamic game plan in hand. Strongly recommend.
